Head - RAN & Device Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Constant RAN and Device Strategist to collaborate on the enhancement of our client's network and help shape wireless RAN department's future strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with both internal and external customers to develop and refine product features.
• Own the product vision, creating and managing a dynamic feature roadmap.
• Act as the user proxy, effectively communicating customer needs and context.
• Break down product features into manageable user stories.
• Continually prioritize and groom the product backlog for cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery, ensuring smooth collaboration between offshore and onshore teams, managing dependencies, and defining best practices.
• Provide technical leadership to drive new strategies and improve processes.
• Evangelize and share the work completed, including product backlogs and Scrum team metrics.
• Drive productivity by utilizing the latest technologies.
• Establish and foster technical relationships with end-to-end ecosystem partners.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, with four years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 15 years of demonstrated experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Application Management, and Product Management.
• Skills:
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies used for delivering development products such as problem resolution and business features.
• Strong desire to learn and contribute to the growth of your teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both IT-technical and business-functional teams.

Working Environment:

• Attire: Business casual.
• Working Hours: Full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
