What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head - RAN & Device Strategy position at NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company?
We are seeking a highly skilled Constant RAN and Device Strategist to collaborate on the enhancement of our client's network and help shape wireless RAN department's future strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with both internal and external customers to develop and refine product features.
- Own the product vision, creating and managing a dynamic feature roadmap.
- Act as the user proxy, effectively communicating customer needs and context.
- Break down product features into manageable user stories.
- Continually prioritize and groom the product backlog for cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate cross-team delivery, ensuring smooth collaboration between offshore and onshore teams, managing dependencies, and defining best practices.
- Provide technical leadership to drive new strategies and improve processes.
- Evangelize and share the work completed, including product backlogs and Scrum team metrics.
- Drive productivity by utilizing the latest technologies.
- Establish and foster technical relationships with end-to-end ecosystem partners.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, with four years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 15 years of demonstrated experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Application Management, and Product Management.
- Skills:
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies used for delivering development products such as problem resolution and business features.
- Strong desire to learn and contribute to the growth of your teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both IT-technical and business-functional teams.
Working Environment:
- Attire: Business casual.
- Working Hours: Full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
