What will you be doing as a Leasing Specialist?
- Review and process order-related tasks within cycle time and forecast guidelines.
- Negotiate and obtain required consents, LOAs (Letters of Authorization), and additional land if needed, within forecasted completion time.
- Remove restrictions that could impact timely installation or prevent marketing of the tower.
- Review and interpret various real estate documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of site and lease information in company databases (CCI Sites, Readiness, BPM, LRM, Microsoft SharePoint).
- Drive large-volume projects of varying urgency and complexity while providing timely updates, accurate forecast dates, and action-oriented notes to stakeholders and customers.
- Escalate matters when needed to ensure timely completion of all projects and tasks.
- Demonstrate strong ownership and collaboration skills, working well with diverse teams.
- Direct and resolve activity necessary to mitigate risk and ensure contractual and operational commitments are fulfilled.
- Communicate with property owners to resolve ground-lease related issues while improving landlord relationships and upholding responsibilities to the lease agreement.
- Understand financial impacts from projects, including ground leases and customer license agreements.
- Collaborate with legal teams to resolve landlord default claims within the cure period and ensure proper document processing.
- Oversee outside vendor partners (attorneys, environmental engineers, title companies, surveyors) to ensure transactions close on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality control / risk expectations.
