Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee and manage daily operations, including workforce allocation, material procurement, and equipment usage
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing training, mentorship, and performance management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fiber optic construction or a similar role
