We are seeking a skilled IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and experience with Agile/Kanban methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing project plans, ensuring successful completion within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and resource utilization.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, track progress, and provide regular updates.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as required, ensuring adherence to Ericsson's project management standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in telecommunications, IT, or technology industries.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Charts, and Metrics.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile/Kanban methodologies, with a strong focus on teamwork and diligence.
- Proficiency in Power BI and project tracking tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
