Technical Writer II
Hybrid- 3 days onsite
Location: Bellevue, WA
No C2C, only W2 candidates
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with team leadership to determine process documentation and reporting needs, providing clear communication solutions.
- Engage with technical teams to understand tools, processes, and procedures and translate them into concise, engaging content.
- Develop a wide range of product content, including:
- End-user reporting
- Procedural work steps
- Flow charts
- Architecture diagrams
- Maintain product content to reflect evolving processes and business needs.
- Manage platforms like Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite to ensure user-friendly access to content.
- Capture and report on program milestones and progress through status updates for leadership and executive management.
- Rationalize administrative workload to focus on decision-useful content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Technical Writer and content creator.
- Previous experience in finance and ERP-based technical writing is a significant plus.
- Proven ability to create and manage document repositories.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing content through platforms like Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to distill complex concepts into clear narratives, diagrams, or other mediums.
