Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Develop user stories, product backlogs, and product solutions with minimal guidance by applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and understand current business processes.
- Analyze requirements and evaluate their impact on applications, business processes, and related systems.
- Gather, analyze, and document user requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.
- Develop detailed acceptance criteria to enable traceability and testing
- Fields questions from stakeholders and end-users during user acceptance testing (UAT) and performs preliminary triage to aid resolution.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Review requirements, acceptance criteria, functional design, technical design, and use case documents to determine testability.
- Create detailed test cases, including pre/post conditions, execution steps, and expected results for releases and defects.
- Execute and document test cases, sometimes using automated test scripts, to ensure product quality.
- May troubleshoot, enhance, or update test automation scripts and create test tools for data gathering and execution.
- Implement requirement traceability from user stories to product features to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Recommend design improvements and defect corrections throughout the development lifecycle.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or recommend design enhancements based on testing outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 5 years overall analyst experience
- Microsoft Dynamics Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Demonstrated thorough understanding of Dynamics 365 platform terminology and functionality, including sales, service, customer insights, marketing, and project operations modules.
- Agile Experience: Fluent in agile practices and methodologies.
- Must have used Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
- Skilled in troubleshooting, testing, designing
- Experience with writing user stories
- Automation testing tool experience, ability to write test scripts
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
