Compensation : 90,000 - $125,000
Responsibilities :
- No Two days are the same
- Provide guidance and leadership to the sales team in Cleveland Ohio, US to improve their sales performance and foster their professional growth
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead-generation strategies to drive company expansion
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports to assess sales activities, monitor progress, and plan for future objectives effectively
- Develop customized sales plans for each sales representative, set individual sales targets, assign territories, and conduct regular training sessions to ensure team success
- Establish sales strategies and goals to meet predetermined sales targets efficiently
- Set clear targets and objectives for the sales team in alignment with overall company goals
- Offer support to sales team members through coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of each team member, identify areas for improvement, and take necessary actions
- Collaborate with other department leaders to streamline operations and optimize overall sales performance
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and development
- Lead by example by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to teamwork
