District Storm Sales Manager

You’ll be responsible for setting our sales strategy and targets, cultivating our sales staff, evaluating their progress, and ensuring we hit our sales goals. $85,000 - $250,000

Responsibilities:

• Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs
• Write sales reports and showcase sales efforts including sales volume and progress to help create new sales goals
• Lead our sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales representative, identifying individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing training programs to make sure they’re successful
• Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
• Evaluate the team’s sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
• Displays a proven track record of sales success
• At least 3 years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department

• Roofing or Insurance Restoration Sales
