- Responsible for end-to-end project management of marketing initiatives and deliverables. Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring project plans and timelines partnering with Marketing POs to enable strategic development through the discovery process and translates strategy into actional steps for creative development.
- Builds and maintains effective relationships. Manages team dynamics by leading, coaching, and enabling cross-functional marketing teams through discovery, creative development, and delivery.
- Actively identifies, manages, and mitigates project impediments and risks for the respective marketing portfolio. Exercises exceptional conceptual thinking to move forward without having all the details. Communicates solutions and gains buy-in when necessary.
- Responsible for coordinating and facilitating meetings throughout the discovery and development process supporting effective information exchange between internal and external stakeholders. Documents and communicates meeting outcomes and action items.
- Partners with PMO on process and model improvements, resourcing discussions, and acts as a change agent for the implementation of marketing tools, processes, and operating models.
