HRIS Maintenance & Data Integrity :
- Precisely enter and manage HR data within the HRIS ensuring data quality through regular audits and monitoring.
- Suggest corrective actions for data discrepancies and collaborate with IT and HR to address them.
- Oversee user access controls and support secure system administration practices.
