As a Human Resource Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our organization by managing the full range of HR functions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Federal Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience with HRIS systems
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, and FMLA
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Skills:
As a Human Resource Specialist, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees. Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
