Job Overview
Responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through close. Must meet sales quotas and prepare reports. Responsible for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. This position has a base pay of $50,000/year Commissions.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2 years of Door to Door Sales and/or B2B Sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High level of personal integrity

Job Responsibilities
- Make sales visits and/or calls on a daily basis
- Daily update spreadsheets to accurately represent sales activities
- Add leads, opportunities, contracts, emails, quotes and pending installs into company databases
- Working with the VP of Sales and Marketing
- Prepare and deliver on-site presentations to businesses explaining company values, products and services
- Door to door sales and events in local residential communities
- Work with Business Partners to generate additional revenue including but not limited to preparing quotes and contracts, signing of contracts, and coordinating installation of products and services
- Work closely with the Infrastructure & Dispatch to provide customers with timelines of deploying each job sold
- Build a sales spreadsheet updated daily, tracking job deployment and ensure customer billing is correct
- Plan, prioritize and organize duties and responsibilities
- Attend in-service training, conferences and meetings, as needed
- Attend and work 8-10 marketing events per year providing data and feedback for each event to marketing team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Working Conditions & Travel
- Initial travel requirements are estimated to be around 60% but may grow as the company adds additional locations.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- A minimum of 2 years of Outside Sales and/or B2B sales experience
- A minimum of 2 years Door to Door Sales
- A minimum of 1 years of Telecommunications experience
- Previous experience in a performance driven role where hitting metrics is a requirement
Work Environment/Hazards:
- Working conditions primarily outside/on-site and some inside an office environment
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- High level of interaction with external/internal clients
Working Hours/Days:
- Full-time
- Requiring approximately 40 hours per week
Travel Requirements:
- 50-75% travel required
