Requirements
- 3 years of experience with ACH and Credit card transaction
- Experience with Credit Check
- Willing to go FT onsite
- Personable
- Manage invoices
- Process Credit Card, ACH, and occasional Check payments.
- Manage invoices, statements, and custom billing requests.
- Interact with customers to address questions regarding invoices, balances, and accounts.
- Serve as the primary contact for accounting phones and emails.
- Conduct Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) credit checks.
- Maintain customer accounts, including updating users, ship-to addresses, and account details.
- Handle various smaller administrative tasks as needed.
- Proficiency in Excel for tasks like converting text or PDFs to Excel and performing basic data manipulation.
