ACCOUNTING ADMIN
This is a full-time, year-round position. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable. A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills are essential, as this role involves working closely with vendors, clients, management, and staff.
Essential Job Functions
- Perform administrative functions in a paperless environment.
- Interact with management, employees, and vendors with a high degree of professionalism.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Complete assigned duties and projects within set deadlines.
- Handle data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with financial statement preparation.
- Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed.
- Adhere to Cyber Security Policies
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic bookkeeping experience – a MUST
- Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, QuickBooks Enterprise, internet, UPS
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs.
- Read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Read, comprehend, and write basic correspondence.
- Effectively present information one-on-one or in small group situations.

Pay Transparency
$37,400 to $43,680
Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30 - 5:30 (1-hour lunch), rarely overtime
