Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as IT Project Engineer or equivalent
- Certification current and expected in at least one or more IT related technologies
- Can work independently to plan, design, build and migrate the following competencies:
- Firewall – Routing and Switching VPN and VLAN architecture
- M365 App and Service Migration – Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Server Virtualization- Azure IaaS, VMWare, and Hyper-V
- Windows Server management and deployment
- Local and Offsite Backup Technologies
- idP-Multifactor authentication and single sign on
- Endpoint Detection and Protection software and EDR tools
- Able to work independently and consistently follows direction when obstacles present themselves by working alongside team members to learn Best Practices.
- Dependable – Able to communicate meet schedule deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Desire to learn and grow into next level – Senior Project Engineer
- Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges.
