Requirements
- Strong integration skills with web programming and Apex, working seamlessly with Salesforce admins.
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Strategic architectural thinking with a focus on web services and HIPAA compliance.
- Secure Data Handling (HIPAA Compliance
- Familiarity with nonprofit CRM environments
- Experience with healthcare, pharmacies, research centers, data integration
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Knowledge of advanced CI/CD processes
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, Eventbrite, QuickBooks, proprietary systems).
- Develop secure and scalable Apex code for data exchange and processing.
- Maintain version-controlled codebase and participate in agile development practices.
- Implement and maintain data quality and governance standards, with a focus on healthcare compliance (HIPAA).
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Document technical solutions and integration flows using Confluence and other platforms.
- Support and troubleshoot integration issues with rapid response and problem resolution.
