We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Partner Enablement to join our team and drive our partner ecosystem.

The Opportunity

As Director of Partner Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our partner strategy and driving successful integrations. You will identify and engage key system integrator partners, secure design wins, and facilitate the seamless adoption of NextSilicon's solutions. This is a leadership position requiring a proven track record in partner enablement, project management, and strategic negotiations. This is a high-impact opportunity with significant growth potential.

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Remote within the U.S. considered for highly qualified candidates)

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of HPC hardware technologies and the sales ecosystem for HPC
  • 10 years of experience with enabling hardware integration partners for silicon solutions from either the silicon or the platform side
  • Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is a plus

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and build effective relationships with HPC/AI system integrators to gain design-in wins
  • Contribute to the company’s go-to-market strategy in the area of partner & channels
  • Provide strategic and tactical program management of the integration and qualification processes
  • Partner with business development to enable demand generation from partners
  • Manage and oversee all stages of the enablement process, from achieving design-in wins with the integrator partner, overseeing the integration and qualification activities with the cooperation of the engineering team, negotiating all aspects of the project for NextSilicon’s benefit, through final product launch.


The salary for this role is determined based on a combination of factors, including experience, skills, and geographic location. Our compensation is designed to be competitive within the industry and adjusted to attract top talent.
