Professional Relationship Director

The Professional Relationship Director is the connection between referring dental offices and Revive Periodontics. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referring dental offices by understanding the needs and preferences of referring providers, communicating regularly with offices about current patient care, and coordinating Revive Periodontics resources to add value to practices (i.e. lunches, CE, loaning instruments, occasional gift baskets, etc). Additionally, you will play a major role in the patient experience by answering patient treatment questions, providing post-operative care, and assisting surgical procedures. Patients often have questions about their treatment plan, and they will take comfort knowing the Professional Relationship Director is always available to answer their questions and coordinate their care. You will be trusted to serve our referring offices and provide guidance on how our team can best add value to our patients and referral partners. You will be largely independent in this role, traveling to offices and handling all communication between the Revive team and referring offices. The role involves part marketing – advertising our services, gaining new referral sources; and part relationship maintenance – coordinating patient care with offices, regularly checking in to add value.   - Be the primary point of contact for referring offices, reachable by phone and email, to promptly answer questions, coordinate treatment, and proactively update offices on patient status - Connect at least monthly with every referring dental office either by phone or in person to learn the needs of the referring office and collaborate to meet their needs - Identify and acquire new referral sources through relationship building - Coordinate value-added services like lunches, CE events, training, and gifts for referring partners - Build and regularly update a “referral database”, documenting every referral source’s preferences, needs, and opportunity areas for Revive Periodontics to add value - Track referral patterns and provide reports to the Revive team for ways to improve - Track patient cases and coordinate with referring dental offices for treatment needs (i.e. temporary prostheses, multi-disciplinary case timing) - Support patients by answering treatment questions and coordinating their care   Powered by JazzHR
