Post Closing Specialist
Initial Duration : 3 months (potential to extend or conversion)
Pay Rate : $20.00 - $24.28 / hour
Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Location : St. Louis, MO 63102
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our fast-paced team in a role supporting real estate transactions. You will perform a range of administrative and support duties to assist with timely and accurate processing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation and timeshare transactions.
- Responsible for final review and timely recording of all title documents submitted with the County Recorder's Office.
- Provide exceptional support to branch operations by efficiently handling administrative tasks and delivering best-in-class customer service related to escrow processes.
- Manage email boxes and handle inbound calls to resolve client inquiries.
- Perform closing tasks such as documents preparation, fee preparation and scheduling.
- Communicate with internal and external clients and team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
