NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a multi-brand organization to identify an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join their Shared Services team.
The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with collections and AR processes, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Required
- 5 years of general accounting experience, including collections
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with general accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with NetSuite
- Prior experience in a Shared Services environment
- Experience working with multiple brands or business units
