LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a fast-growing company in Richardson, TX! They are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist with payment posting, reconciliations and payment research. This is a contract to hire opportunity that will interview and start immediately. Apply now if your background fits the below criteria!
Primary Functions :
Research any payment and credit card discrepancies
Research credit card chargebacks and prepare dispute forms
Process patient refund request
Verify patient account balances
Print electronic checks and credit card payments reports
Post patient payments and total balances
Review schedule orders report
Prepare and mail invoices
Review aged trial balance report and process invoices
Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Accounting college courses or certifications, preferred
Pharmacy or medical industry experience, preferred
2 years payment posting experience
High-volume 10Key and Typing Skills
Time management and organizational skills

Pay Details : $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
