- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA highly desired
- Prior accounting experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- Public accounting experience is a plus but not required
- Prepare financial statements
- Review general ledger accounts
- Lead month-end close, annual audit, and tax filings
- Coach and mentor Staff Accountant
- Identify areas of process improvement
