- Manage accounts and provide solutions to meet customers' needs and specifications
- Coordinate with customers and internal engineering team to ensure proper solutions are met
- Promote product solutions and increase annual revenue
- Support market analysis on new products, new markets, and developments within the industry
- Support company and product promotions at exhibitions
