What You'll Do :

Sell premium luxury items at unbeatable prices.
Offer relationship-based, exceptional client service.
Meet performance goals and attend training sessions.

Luxury Sales Position Highlights :

Location : Must live near our Burnsville, MN location for in-office training and working on-site.

Training : Comprehensive onsite training program.

Pay Rate : $20 / hour full commission for the first 6 months, then $18 / hour full commission.

Schedule : Full-time, in-office with weekends, and evenings available.

Training & Full-time Schedule :

Weeks 1-5 : On-site training (9 : 00am-5 : 30pm CST, Mondays thru Fridays)

Weeks 6-12 : On-site, on-the-job work (9 : 00am-5 : 30pm CST, Mondays thru Fridays)

Luxury Sales Compensation :

Weeks 1-5 : $20 / hour

Week 6 - Month 6 : $20 / hour full commission, then $18 / hour full commission.

Earning Potential :

Year One : $50,000 - $100,000.

Year Two and Beyond : $100,000 .

Top Performers : Up to $275,000 annually.

Requirements :

2 years of sales experience (preferred).

College degree a plus but not required.

High School diploma required (GED).

Personable, confident, and eager to learn.

Ability to commute to Burnsville, MN, for on-site training.

Strong sales techniques and a history of meeting quotas.

Excellent phone skills and rapport-building abilities.

Knowledge of jewelry, watches, or collectibles (a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multitasking with tech tools.

Self-motivated with a hunger to sell and achieve goals.

Experience in sales presentations, overcoming objections, and closing strategies.
