Position Overview
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will provide billable services to customers by gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, customizing SyteLine ERP systems, and connecting to the cloud using modern technologies such as .NET and AWS. This role is ideal for someone with over 15 years of SyteLine customization experience and 10 years of INFOR development expertise.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and analyze business challenges.
- Formulate tailored solutions and document technical specifications.
- Develop, customize, test, debug, and implement SyteLine ERP systems.
- Deliver projects on time, ensuring high-quality results.
- Provide technical support and resolve complex system issues.
- Estimate project timelines and costs accurately.
- Assist with system integration and cloud connectivity using .NET and AWS technologies.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, including T-SQL, VB.Net, and SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Proven experience in SyteLine ERP and INFOR CSI development and customization.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Previous consulting experience is highly preferred.
- High self-motivation, adaptability, and a strong customer service attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
- Over 15 years of experience customizing SyteLine ERP, INFOR CSI, and integrating cloud technologies.
- More than 10 years of experience in INFOR/SyteLine development and customization preferred.
