The Alliances Director will play a critical “hunter” role in identifying and forging new strategic partnerships in the no-code platform space. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, results-driven professional with a robust network in the enterprise SaaS or Development Platform ecosystem. The Alliances Director will focus on developing relationships with Solution Integrators, technology partners, and resellers to scale Nextworld’s reach and influence in the market.

We build the no-code enterprise application platform (a.k.a. “EAP”) that is used by Nextworld’s customers and partners to create and run enterprise-grade business solutions. We have a knack for abstracting complex technical concepts into no-code facilities that are straightforward to use. The Platform allows for the development and execution of involved, integrated business applications — complete with workflow, business logic, eventing, external callouts, notifications, various user experiences, artificial intelligence, and more. Examples of applications suites built on the Platform are enterprise financials, sales, inventory, manufacturing, and real estate.

$140,000 – $175,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- New Partner Acquisition: Aggressively pursue and secure strategic partnerships with high-potential Solution Integrators, technology providers, and resellers that align with Nextworld’s no-code platform vision.
- Network Leverage: Leverage an existing network of industry contacts to drive immediate traction and momentum in partner recruitment
- Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to engage and onboard new partners that amplify Nextworld’s value proposition in the enterprise application market.
- Market Expansion: Identify and target untapped market opportunities and geographies for partnership development.
- Influence and Negotiation: Lead negotiations and finalize agreements that drive mutual growth and long-term collaboration.
- Revenue Focus: Ensure that new partnerships directly contribute to Nextworld’s revenue growth by promoting joint go-to-market strategies and co-selling opportunities.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Product—to align partner initiatives with Nextworld’s overall business objectives.
- Industry Insights: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for strategic advantage.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 7 years’ experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development roles within the enterprise SaaS, ERP, or no-code platform industries.
- Proven success in building and scaling strategic partnerships, with a focus on Solution Integrators and resellers.
- Strong existing network in the no-code platform, enterprise SaaS, or ERP ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a “hunter” capacity, proactively identifying and securing new opportunities.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a track record of closing high-impact partnerships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed growth targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, partner management tools, and analytics platforms.
