Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of behavioral interventions
• Collaborate with families, schools, and service providers to create integrated treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and accreditation standards
• Document and report client progress, interactions, and treatment adjustments per regulatory guidelines
• Participate in scheduled meetings and maintain communication with leadership and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications & Requirements

• BCBA Certification (Required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ABA therapy, behavioral assessments, and treatment planning
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and training
• Proficiency in behavioral data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with families, educators, and healthcare professionals
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA laws, state/federal regulations, and accreditation standards
• Physical ability to engage with clients in various settings

Additional Benefits

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus ($7,500 after 90 days, remaining $7,500 after one year)
