Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with consumers to process enrollment requests, address inquiries, and finalize sales with clarity and precision.
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes team success and celebrates individual achievements.
- Build mutual respect and trust among the Customer Service, Sales, and other departments.
- Guide customers in understanding our client’s communications , recommending suitable products and services, and achieving sales targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and active listening, providing efficient solutions.
- Recognize additional customer needs, suggesting upgrades, sales promotions, or added services to enhance their experience.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or related fields is advantageous.
- Strong orientation toward delivering excellent customer service, sales support and outreach.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Personable and courteous demeanor with both customers and colleagues.
- Friendly, approachable, and skilled in closing sales.
