Empowering Youth Through Residential Treatment
This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support youth aged 10-19 who require specialized care and attention. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team
• Engaging in regular communication with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of services and optimal resident outcomes
• Maintaining accurate records of resident progress and participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant experience in human services or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds with assistance
