- Operate a motor grader to grade surfaces, ensuring proper drainage and compaction on site development projects.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project specifications and safety standards.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and adhere to safety protocols.
- Assist with grading around utilities and maintain accurate logs.
Requirement
- 3 years of experience operating a motor grader in civil construction, site development, or roadwork.
- Ability to read and interpret grading plans.
- Strong knowledge of soil types, drainage, and grading principles.
- Experience in fine grading, knowledge of soil conditions, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.
- Familiarity with GPS-controlled grading systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills.
