Field Marketing Specialist - Denver, CO

Compensation : $75,000 - $80,000 annually bonus opportunities

Overview : Nexus HR is looking for an experienced Field Marketing Specialist or Territory Manager for a reputable specialized clinic in Denver, CO.

About the Job

The Field Marketing Specialist or Territory Manager is responsible for physician and consumer sales, customer service, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales goals for bleeding disorder and IG therapies.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Develop and service accounts by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships.

Educate patients and physicians about Veros Health products and services.

Maintain frequent contact with customers to encourage loyalty and address needs.

Act as a trusted advisor with in-depth healthcare industry knowledge.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and operational costs.

Create and execute strategic plans to meet patient recruitment and retention goals.

Negotiate contracts with referral sources and payors.

Complete reports and contribute to annual marketing plans.

Represent the company at community and professional events.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

5 years of healthcare experience, including 3 years in sales / customer advocacy.

Knowledge of the bleeding disorder community and specialty pharmacy.

Strong customer service, sales motivation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Effective communicator and problem-solver with a passion for making a difference.

Driver's License required.

Must reside in or relocate to Denver, CO.
