 We are seeking a strategic and experienced IT leader to oversee enterprise applications, drive digital transformation, and ensure effective IT financial and vendor management. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the long-term roadmap for key platforms, such as SAP, and leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Applications Portfolio Management: Maintain and manage a comprehensive inventory of IT applications, establishing future roadmaps aligned with business goals.

  • Enterprise Applications Oversight: Lead the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications to support and streamline business operations.

  • Operational Efficiency Initiatives: Collaborate with business units to identify and implement efficiencies through existing technologies, particularly SAP.

  • ERP Strategy Development: Partner with the SVP of IT and business stakeholders to define and execute long-term ERP strategies, including SAP upgrade paths and innovation roadmaps.

  • Digital Transformation Leadership: Champion digital transformation projects aimed at optimizing business processes and enhancing customer experience.

  • IT Financial Leadership: Direct IT financial planning, budgeting, and administration in coordination with the SVP of IT and executive leadership. Manage capital and operating budgets with regular reviews and updates.

  • Financial Transparency & Reporting: Deliver clear and detailed reporting on total cost of ownership across IT investments, enabling informed decision-making and accountability. Collaborate with Finance on CapEx planning and forecasting.

  • Vendor & Partner Management: Establish and maintain strategic vendor relationships, ensuring performance monitoring and compliance with contract terms.

  • Managed Services Oversight: Provide direction and oversight to managed service providers, ensuring services are aligned with organizational goals and delivering expected value.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships across departments to align IT initiatives with broader business strategies.

  • Performance Measurement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact and effectiveness of IT programs and services.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Lead the IT compliance team in conducting risk assessments and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards.

  • People Leadership: Cultivate a positive, high-performing team environment through mentoring, coaching, and ongoing employee development, while setting a strong example of integrity and excellence.

 

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution, with 15 years of IT leadership experience spanning strategy, financial oversight, and business process integration across functions such as sales, supply chain, and demand planning. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

  • Team Leadership: At least 7 years of proven experience in leading, developing, and managing high-performing teams.

  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business processes, controls, and risk management as they relate to IT systems and audit frameworks.

  • Strategic & Financial Insight: Strong background in IT planning, strategy, budgeting, procurement, and contract management.

  • Technical Proficiency: Broad expertise in IT infrastructure, architecture, and platforms including ERP systems (notably SAP and JD Edwards), networks, databases, and operating systems.
