Duties
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist customers and dealerships with service centers, repairs, diagnosing problems, product information, repair authorizations
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Skills
- Strong proficiency in office software and computerized systems for effective data entry and analysis.
- Strong RV industry knowledge and RV parts knowledge
- RV warranty knowledge and experience is helpful
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and client relations
- Must be detail oriented
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently.
- Experience in customer support or client services is preferred
- Ability to type accurately and quickly while managing multiple tasks.
