A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to oversee planning, purchasing, and vendor management for assigned product categories. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage buying plans, purchase orders, and vendor relationships
- Ensure on-time material availability while optimizing costs
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams to streamline procurement processes
- Maintain accuracy in purchase orders, inventory levels, and cost transactions
- Identify efficiencies and improvements in supply chain workflows
- Provide monthly reports and participate in annual inventory counts
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
- Manufacturing or industry-related experience is a plus
- ERP systems knowledge (Oracle Cloud preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
