ActaStim-S delivers all-day wearability, capacitive coupling therapy, and automated daily clinical data capture to engage patients and inform clinicians.
Role Description
This is a full-time Quality Specialist role based in Jacksonville, FL. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for conducting quality related activities to deliver consistent, high-quality documents, services, products and processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and communicating findings effectively within the organization.
Responsibilities
· Assists with quality activities.
· Interacts constructively with employees, managers and cross-functional peers.
· Assists with analyzing quality data.
· Monitor and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
· Develop and implement quality procedures.
· Support audits and inspections.
· Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality standards.
· Ensure site compliance with regulations, ISO standards, Quality Manual and QOPs.
· Work with Management and others to identify improvements to the quality system, procedures and processes.
· Carry out other duties as required by the Quality Manager.
