We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to oversee 10,000 square feet of Fitness, Spa and pool operations. You will oversee fitness programming and wellness events, as well as front desk concierge operations. PAY IS $22.00 PER HOUR. The schedule is expected to be Monday to Friday- 6am-2pm OR 12noon-8pm, but this position requires the ability to cover all shifts in emergencies. The location is in zip code 33133. As an NFC Amenity Spa & Fitness Manager, you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, where you'll be the go-to person for all things spa and fitness related, from managing finances to spreading the word about our fantastic services. Ultimately, your priority is to ensure that our residents and guests receive an exceptional, memorable experience from the moment they arrive at the facility to the time they leave.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee group fitness programs.
- Develop and drive personal training programming and revenues.
- Manage a mini spa offering, ensuring seamless operations.
- Oversee an extensive fitness center and co-working spaces.
- Assist the concierge team as needed.
- Manage payroll and point-of-sale operations for the fitness center.
