What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Maintenance Specialist position at NFI Industries?
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical and mechanical issues related to tractors and trailers.
- Perform preventive maintenance on our fleet to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct DOT inspections and maintain accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of heavy equipment mechanics and be able to lift and/or pull 75 lbs or more without restriction. Familiarity with troubleshooting equipment repairs and maintenance is essential, as well as a preferred ability to obtain a Class B license.
