NFI Massachusetts Inc., a leading nonprofit human services agency, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Program Director for our transitional age youth program in Haverhill, MA.
The program works with youth referred by the Department of Children and Families (DCF) ages 17-22 who have social, emotional, mental health, and behavioral challenges, with histories of complex trauma.
The therapeutic milieu is designed to support youth emotionally, educationally, vocationally, and socially to achieve independence and successfully move into the community as successful adults.
In this role, the Assistant Program Director will be integral in creating and maintaining a safe, supportive milieu for youth. The APD will collaborate closely with the Program Director to oversee day-to-day operations, including administrative management, staff supervision, and the coordination of care and treatment plans for clients.

Job Requirements:
- Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or one to two years of supervisory experience working with similar population.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is a must.
- Schedule requires a level of flexibility.
Salary: $70,000 Annually
