Founded 50 years ago, our mission is “maximizing potential to achieve the full promise of community living.” We seek an excellent administrator and leader to oversee two co-located fifteen bed adolescent intensive residential programs in Westboro, MA.

The selected candidate must be able to lead a team of dedicated behavioral health care specialists collaboratively, have a strong work ethic and integrity, and be available for on call consultation and response on a rotating basis.
