The NFI BCAP Program is a trauma-informed wrap around program, serving youth and their families at home and in the community. The BCAP Program is looking for an assistant program director to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized and wants to grow their supervisory skills while being part of a solid team devoted to helping youth progress on their life goals. Responsibilities include providing case management with a small caseload working in the community and homes with children, adolescents, and families towards their mental health goals. You will also provide supervision to our community skills workers. Ideal candidates work well both autonomously and collaboratively on treatment teams; have related work experience, and a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. This position is full-time (40 hours) with great benefits and excellent supervision. Flexible hours possible. Applicants should have (or be near completion of) a Master’s degree in a clinical field.
