Are you a mental health professional looking for a dynamic and flexible (engaging!) place to develop your skills? NFI's Brattleboro Community Based Programs (CAP) is a trauma-informed wrap around program, serving youth and their families at home and in the community. Brattleboro CAP is looking for a Program Director to join and lead our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized and wants to grow their supervisory skills while being part of a solid team devoted to helping teens progress on their life goals. This position is full-time with great benefits and excellent supervision. Flexible hours possible. A Master's level license in a clinical field preferred (or be near completion of).
