NFI Vermont's Allenbrook Program is looking for candidates for part time residential counselor positions. Allenbrook is a co-ed group home located in South Burlington that provides community-based treatment for adolescents. Residential counselors provide day-to-day support in the home and community. This includes teaching independent living skills, providing transportation, participating in recreational activities and helping to manage a family-like household. Positions of 30 hours plus per week come with a generous benefits package that includes tuition reimbursement. In-ground pool, basketball court and large garden onsite. Pay range for this position is $20.50/hour to $23.00 per experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience in residential care, or with parenting teenagers is desired but not required.
