Job Duties : A Day in the Life
Analyze Maintain daily pressure, temperature, and electrical demand logs along with water treatment daily logs
Propose Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Develop Maintain knowledge of all systems that are operated
Provide Required routine maintenance, service and repairs as needed, seasonal startup and shutdown, water treatment program
Collaborate Perform safety checks and participate in inspections
Qualifications : Can You Check These Boxes?
High School Diploma or G.E.D.,
Technical or trade school preferred
3 years experience in commercial HVAC and building automation systems
Stationary boiler license or first grade engineer license required in Omaha
Stationary boiler license or first grade engineer license preferred in Kansas City
Refrigerant certification required
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to work night, weekend and / or early morning hours based on business needs
Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
