Job Duties : A Day in the Life
- Be the Expert : Maintain working knowledge of plumbing repairs, refrigeration principles and tools to operate and repair AC equipment
- Preform : Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls on heating, ventilation, and AC equipment
- Support : Maintain multiple areas in good condition : concrete floors curbs, lighting systems and controls, lightbulb and ballast changes, plumbing, carpentry repairs, breakroom equipment, etc.
- Event Support : assist the marketing team in setting up events by helping to setup and break down the event, put together tables and props, move furniture, etc.
- Maintain : Repair and install plumbing devices to include sink faucets, toilets, hand dryers, soap dispensers and cleaning all types of plumbing drains
- Sustain : Replace lights and ballasts in fluorescent fixtures
- Be Precise : Maintain records of maintenance performance
