Job Duties : A Day in the Life
- Be the Expert : Maintain working knowledge of refrigeration principles and tools to operate and repair AC equipment
- Preform : Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls on heating, ventilation, and AC equipment
- Support : Maintain multiple areas in good condition : lighting systems and controls, lightbulb and ballast changes, plumbing, carpentry repairs, etc.
- Sustain : Preform regular preventative maintenance on Facilities vehicles and equipment
- Be Precise : Maintain records of maintenance preformed
