Summary: This is a part time intern position working closely with the Wellness and Account Management teams to support wellness program accounts. The WB&E Intern will assist in coordination of events, projects and work plans led by the Wellbeing & Engagement team.

The base salary range for this position is $18-$22. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan client health fairs, biometric screening events, and other wellness related events to include:
- Identify and secure appropriate health fair vendors
- Confirm vendors
- Attend events to ensure success
- Follow up after events for feedback/improvements
- Prepare communication pieces to promote client activities and events
- Assist with employee interest surveys to support the wellbeing team in program design and strategy
- Conduct research on various wellness topics as needed and provide summaries to wellness team
- Support wellbeing initiatives
- Other duties as assigned

- 1-2 years’ experience with coordinating multiple events simultaneously
- Prior wellness experience a plus
