We’re looking for a passionate Safety & Training Leader to take charge of our safety and training programs, helping ensure that every team member stays safe, skilled, and confident as they take on exciting challenges!
About the Role :
As the Safety & Training Leader, you’re more than just a safety officer—you’re a coach, mentor, and safety champion ! You’ll oversee safety practices, conduct “toolbox talks,” lead federal drug and alcohol testing, and do regular site visits to keep everyone on track and thriving. With up to 50% travel to remote project sites, this is the perfect role for a safety expert who loves variety and the thrill of hands-on, fieldwork.
What You Can Expect :
- Full-Time Hours with Flexibility : 40 hours / week
- Travel Adventures : See new places as you visit project sites up to 50% of the time (typically Monday to Thursday trips).
- Field Environment : Work in all outdoor elements, rain or shine. Safety gear will be your constant companion, and yes, you’ll be lifting, climbing, and working at heights!
