Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone, assigned accounting tasks including A/P, HR/Payroll, and other assigned duties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Provide general clerical support, including filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with office management duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
-Assist Accounting Department with accurate recording of entries
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
