About us:
Rock Solid Mobile Repair provides mobile fleet services, emergency road service, fleet/truck AC repair, and basic equipment repair to the Chattanooga, TN, and Dalton, GA areas. This job opening is at our shop located on Shallowford Road in Chattanooga.
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, office assistant to join our team.
Duties:
Open the shop by 8:00 am Monday through Friday.
Perform general office duties, including answering all phone calls, greeting customers dropping off and picking up vehicles.
Create accurate invoices in QuickBooks and collect customers payments.
Schedule appointments for repair services.
Maintain organization in the reception area and service desk by informing technicians of actions needed.
Light office cleaning like taking out the trash, cleaning the breakroom, etc.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required.
Familiarity with office procedures, using computer software such as Quickbooks, scheduling service calls, managing inventory and billing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
