Job Summary: This position will also be a crucial part in keeping our software system up to date. This candidate should be reliable, trustworthy and detail oriented. A minimum of 24 hours a week is required. This position is open to advancement and possibly a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities
- Entering/organizing invoices to be paid
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Scanning/Filing away paid invoices
- Posting customer invoices & additional job data in our software system
- Assisting Bookkeeper with HR and Call Center with other clerical duties as needed
Pay: $18.50/hr.-$24.00/hr. - Depending on Experience
